This cat water bottle is cute, with a colorful picture of a tiny kitten. It is decent, but not the best water bottle I have owned. The good: The water bottle does a great job of avoiding condensation. I live in a very humid climate, so condensation on water bottles is a big issue. I filled the bottle with ice, then water, and let it sit in my humid kitchen for 4 hours. There was no condensation on the outside of the bottle at the end of 4 hours. This is a big plus for me, because it means the water bottle won’t get the stuff in a backpack wet if it’s humid outside. The bottle keeps water cold for a long time. I filled the bottle with ice, then with water, and let it sit out at room temperature (72 degrees) from 4pm until 5 am the next morning- just over 12 hours. When I opened it up in the morning, the ice had all melted, but the water was still cold. The water bottle is long, narrow, and tall, so it fits more easily into tighter spaces, like the pocket on the side of a backpack or a purse. It’s easy to clean. The water bottle doesn’t leak- mostly. My standard way of testing a water bottle for leaks is that I fill it with water, turn it upside down, and shake it over the sink. Better quality water bottles will not leak at all- not even a drop, when shaken upside down, while cheap ones will straight up leak. This water bottle released a few drops of water when shaken vigorously upside down, so that tells me the leak protection is middle of the road, which is disappointing considering the cost of this bottle. The bad: There is no drinking spout or straw that come with this water bottle. The cap is just a flat cap that you have to completely unscrew in order to drink. Drinking directly from the bottle tends to make water bottles stink over time. You will need to provide your own straw if you don’t want to drink directly from the bottle. Also, the handle is attached to the cap, and it’s really the only good way to carry the water bottle. The cap is the weak link here, and will definitely break first, meaning you will either have to replace the cap or discard the whole bottle. The exterior of the bottle scratches easily, so the graphic will wear out quickly. The outside of the bottle is slightly rough, which might be unpleasant for sensitive individuals. Conclusion: For its quality and features, this water bottle should be at least $10 cheaper. It’s current price on Amazon, in May 2024 is $29.99. That is on the higher end for a no-frills, basic water bottle. For the price, it should be completely leak-proof, for one thing. Also, you can find plenty of water bottles in this price range that include multiple caps, extra straws, and even straw cleaners. Although this water bottle is quite cute, it is too expensive considering the lack of features and minor ability to leak. The bottle itself is fine, but it doesn’t stand out, especially for this price range. Unless you really love the pattern, or this bottle is on a good sale, I’d recommend you keep shopping. Read more

I ordered this because of the cute Kitty seeing a mighty tiger as its reflection. I thought that it would be a cute addition to our water bottles. U fortunately, I can’t get behind this product for many reasons. 🛑1. The bottle itself is misaligned. 🛑2. There were several places that had some white kind of goop on it. No clue what it is & was even worried as to how safe this would be to use. Is it glue or what? 🛑3. The bottom of the bottle has a metal circle in the middle. This whole bottom plate is warped/uneven. Will Not sit flat. Plus… that metal piece in the middle is off-center & also warped on it own in a different direction! 🛑4. The outer picture of the kitty/lion is only on 1 side but main issue of this is that it obviously meets on the other & doesn't match in any way what-so-ever. Looks tacky! 🛑5. Both the top of the lid & the bottom of the bottle arrived dirty with dark something in places plus it has many scratches on the black lid too. Needless to say, I can Not recommend this product for the above reasons.
