I leave it in for a period to keep the suppositories in place until fully absorbed. It works better with coconut oil before insertion. They come in three sizes. The smallest is the best for this purpose. It is beautiful, elegant and it comes in a beautiful velvet bag. If you prefer your medicine not to go through your G I tract and be absorbed rectally, this is for you. It is not uncomfortable at all with a slow and coconut oil lubrication. Great little item. Well built, solid, picks up temperature changes quickly. Great for a first-timers plug.I highly suggest using this for her after she's very turned on and then basically ignoring it while you do normal P in V stuff. I bought this for me and my boyfriend to use together as well as for myself and I have to say, both of us were impressed with this product. It's small, about the size of a strawberry, and comes in a black drawstring bag for storage. It's made of solid stainless steel that has a fair amount of weight to it. I like this plug a lot. Many plugs are not sized very well - either they are too small of head and too wide of shaft and don't like to stay put, OR they are too big for what they are supposed to be doing and are difficult to insert/remove. This plug is just right, the neck is narrow enough with wide enough of a head to stay in place. The shaft is narrow enough that you can wear it for quite a while comfortably, it's shaped well enough that you can walk around, sit down, and be pretty much free moving as long as you want, this is a good plug for people who like to wear them under clothes in public. The button is a little small though, so when you're removing you have to be careful about how you grab it to avoid pinching yourself.
