Arrive broken, smaller and more pink than expected
It arrived broken in multiple places, much smaller than expected and I didn’t realize the color would be such a bright pink, I saw the pink in the pictures it just didn’t appear to be this drastic, not sure if I will return or just repair and make the best of it but I would not order again! Arrived broken on the bottom
It arrived broken on the bottom. I was still able to use it as I needed it quickly for hatchling mud turtles. It is much smaller than I expected. I can fit one tiny mud turtle on the top. There is no room for two. Right now my muds are about the size of a quarter. They do get on the different parts of it. It is okay for the purpose I need it for. It should have been packaged in bubble wrap and then in the box to ship it. It arrived in a box with nothing to prevent it from breaking during shipment. Read more
