The media could not be loaded. This was a great deal for $16 and works well with the 32" we bought our daughter. It pulls out and rotates well, however please note it does not tilt. I feel full motion is deceptive advertising as this does not tilt at all. You can only slightly tilt it permanently when installing, there I am the option to put the screws more forward or backward. It was relatively easy to install and we didn't need the additional arms for our tv. I really wish I had known it does not tilt as I would have ordered one that does. This helps up really well for its Inteded purpose to mount my older tv in my office. Easy to install and versatile mounting/placement options with the swiveling arms.
