This nightlight is a cute, creative way to keep a room dimly lit. Its made of sturdy plastic and is easy to assemble and hang. The RGB light is fun to play with and the controller makes it easy to change and turn on and off. It comes with a VERY short usb to usb-c charging cable and a square of double stick tape. I was disappointed to see that there were no screws even though the mounting piece has spots for them. I would recommend a few things to make this more functional and safe. First, find screws that work with the mount. Especially if you plan to hang it above where anyone might be walking. Second, assemble it with the first link through the lantern itself instead of a single closed link like the instructions say. That will make it easier. Third, find a way to fix the chains better to the mounting bracket or hang it high enough that kids cant reach it. Its designed to just hang in a notch. This lantern is super cute! We ordered this to go in my son’s popular pixel-game themed room. It’s a bit smaller than I was expecting, but it’s fine for a child’s room. The light’s color options have exceptional variety! The chain pieces are press together which makes it adjustable length from zero up to 4 links. But I appreciate that it was would look great hanging or sitting on a table. It comes with 2 wall mount options, adhesive pad or hung on screws though screws are not included. I recently picked up the Pixel Lantern Night Light, and it has been a huge hit in our house. The media could not be loaded. I liked this lantern more than I anticipated. I ordered it for the hallway outside my son’s bedroom. It gives me a Minecraft vibe, which I think is cute. It’s very easy to assemble - just make sure you don’t get carried away and assemble all the chain links without attaching the lantern (pulling them apart again is no easy task). I took away one star because the quality of the build itself is all plastic and feels a bit flimsy. However, it has held up so far. I appreciate the different patterns of light that can be displayed and the fact that there’s a timer. It’s rechargeable, but I don’t really want to be taking it down every other day to charge it. As it is, a full charge seems to last 3-5 nights for us (depending on use). All in all, I am pleased and I would order this again. Read more
