The media could not be loaded. It is a nice cup. It feels very well made and holds like 6-7 ounces of liquid. So it is usable. I found that the battery will discharge after 6-7 hours of been on, so you might want to keep it on the charger. It is very well insulated and it comes with an anti-slip bottom. As for the shortcomings, The connection to the app was very hard to do in my case, instructions are very bad and had to resort to go online and find a video of someone having the same problems, but it was able to figure it out. Once connected I found that the app is very limited to set the unit and some graphics. It is true that you can make your own, but it is a bit of a pain. The resolution can be better if they would use smaller pixels, brightness adjustments do very little from 100% to 10, barely noticeable. So far is a cute gift cup with a premium price. A great one would be to add the capability to connect to your phone and ley you know when a call or message comes. The art on it looks better in person than in the pictures I took of it. The mug is not insulated enough to keep drinks hot or warm enough. As a novelty mug to give as gifts this is cool. But at the price point I expect it to perform great in keeping beverages warm or hot enough. Which it does not do. My tea was cool by a minute. Usually that water temperature I use for tea with my kettle last awhile. It’s so hot in a cheaper mug I have to wait a very long time for tea to cool just enough to be able to take a sip. With this mug I was able to comfortably take a sip right after I stirred sugar in. Which is not a good thing. This is not going to be my go to mug.
