I am a HUGE fan of pixie. I have several of their products and their customer service is truly top notch. I have the menstrual cup and one of the steamers but I wanted to get this because I wanted to be able to boil my cup when I’m done using it for the month. I also liked the fact that it doubles as a steamer (I already have their smaller steamer but it doesn’t hurt to have a backup). This is easy to use, it’s small and can be stored away easily. The timer is built in so you can drop your cup, disc etc in and don’t have to worry about it being damaged like you would if you were boiling it on the stovetop. I would say if you’re on the fence about trying any of these products just do it. The company truly is one of the best I’ve done business with. If you have any issues at all with any of their products they really do try to make it right. I have stopped doing business with certain companies in the past because of the poor CS I received so that is very important to me. Read more

The coolest little contraption! Fits perfectly on my bathroom counter and is quiet enough. Has cleaned all my cups perfectly and I haven’t had to use a single kitchen utensil. I think they changed the listing because I bought this mid-2024 and it did not look like how the listing does now, but Amazon is saying I bought this one and is asking me to review this one. I originally bought a different steam sterilizer that they have listed, and you can see it in pictures of older reviews (white with an attached/hinged lid). I will say that the steamer I actually did buy works great for me, and Pixie Cup is a reputable brand in the menstrual cup world, so I'm sure that this sterilizer that they changed the listing to works fine as well. The one I bought kept my products clean, and I've used it to sterilize some other stuff as well. I appreciate the auto timer, and I think it looks very cool on my counter. It's also easy to transport and use in a cramped dorm. I would rate the one I bought 5 stars, but this one 4 stars because I'm not sure why they would change the listing instead of just making a new one, especially cause the one I bought it is still being sold just as a different listing, but I digress. If I didn't know this brand I would rate it 2 stars due to the confusion (and because it seems like a weird tactic that someone scummier would use to get better ratings on a cheap, prone-to-breaking-down product they have), but the sterilizer works great and again, this brand is known and trustworthy, so I placed it as 4 stars instead.
