Great product, it does an amazing job sterilizing my flex disc. It's very simple to use, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that I can easily sterilise my cup while I'm taking a shower. Also, it came with the cutest little measuring spoon, so you'll have the perfect amount of distilled water. I don't have to mess with disposables while my disc is being steamed, and I dont have to worry about it melting like I would boiling it in a pot. Update: Customer service is 10/10. For some reason, my pixie sterilizer stopped working between my last period and this one. I e-mailed their customer service, and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. No fumbling around trying to record videos, didn't ask for the product to be sent back, all I had to do was provide my order number. 1,000/10 for customer service, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future. The steamer is super easy to use and I like the peace of mind of sterilizing my disks. I really appreciate the attached lid for this version as well as compared to some of the other models. Gets the job done. You need to clean it once in a while if you use it just for menstrual cups and discs due to having any blood residue on your cup that you may of missed. I simply just either wipe it out or add a smidge of vinegar and turn it on to make it smell fresh again. It's also really simple to use as well. Read more

I like how small and compact this is and it can fit a range of menstrual cups or disks. It just feels better knowing that what I’m using is clean and sterilized and it’s super quick. I like this one compared to the other brand that is cylinder in shape because this one is easier to store being that it’s more boxy. If you use a menstrual cups this is a must have, don’t be throwing your cup in the dishwasher with harsh dishwasher soap. Read more

First, let me say, I feel like the product description was describing me to a T. My husband is okay with my menstrual cup usage as long as he doesn’t see it or hear about it. Then we have a 13 year old son who is very curious about everything, so I have had to boil my cup early morning or late at night to avoid him grabbing it and asking about it (because 13 year olds simply have to touch everything they see). Before first use it recommends steaming without the cup three times. The steamer is smaller than I expected (which is great for storage) and very light weight. It calls for purified water, and luckily I already have distilled water on hand. I felt silly at first because it calls for 5 mL of water and I didn’t realize that the measuring line was on the lid, not the steamer itself. So you can use the lid to measure out the water and pour into the base. There are two super light measuring lines on the inside of the lid for 5 and 10 mL. I didn’t realize how little 5 mL is actually. The first time I put water into it and plugged it in, the button was already pressed. I think it must have gotten pressed during shipping, but no big deal, it started right away and then after the cycle finished the light turned off and a little bit later the button popped back out. The instructions say that the button will pop out when the unit is cool enough to handle. I think that’s a nice feature. It’s completely quiet and works quickly and there are no smells to be worried about (I had already washed my cup with some cleanser, so this was just the sanitizing step). I put my cup bag in its bag after maybe 30 minutes and then set the lid on it’s side to dry. There is a nice cloth included that I used to wipe out the little bit of water that was left when I went to put the steamer away. I don’t know that I’d use it to dry my cup for fear of introducing new germs, but it worked great for the steamer. Overall, very happy with this product. I am thrilled to not have to dance around my boys’ schedules to do this in the kitchen. Read more
