Works well
Lions mane is a wonderful product. It works great! However, nobody should take 1000 mg. I take the capsule apart and take about 1 mm or 1/8 inch twice a day. It’s perfect. One capsule lasts 5 doses. My brain works really well during the day and I sleep really well at night. Read more
