They relieved my plantar fasciitis pain! I recommend them!
I bought two pairs of insoles, one for my 75-year-old mother. The insoles are thicker than normal, have good support, and fit perfectly into my arch. I replaced the old insoles with the new ones. The new insoles are the right size. They soothed my plantar fasciitis pain. My mom loved them, too. She said they were comfortable. Today, she walked with me in the park for more than half an hour wearing insoles, and she didn't say that she was tired or that her feet hurt. You know, it's been a long time since she walked this long with me. I highly recommend these insoles. Read more
Does the job (for now.)
Cut to fit insoles are pretty useful, and work for what they're designed to do. Easy to insert and remove from athletic shoes. Helps shoes fit better, will have to see how long they last. Arch support is pretty good. Will report back later. Read more
Not for very high arches.
I think these are probably for average height arches. I have high arches and they don't even come close. If you have something that works for you, stick with it. Read more

Alleviates heel pain—needs better arch
These inserts do a good job with pain relief. They are fairly comfortable and the fit is pretty true. They were also easy to trim to the right size.My only problem is that they didn’t really have any arch support. I know they’re more for plantar fasciitis but without any arch support at all, you’re going to end up having problems with something else. What I can tell you is my heel pain was not 100% better but extremely reduced. It went from severe pain to minimal pain (from a seven or eight to a one or two as they say). Read more
