Well, this plaque remover turned out to be perfect for my needs, quite reliable and easy to use. The device is very good quality, very sturdy, and well equipped. It comes with several interchangeable heads, LED light that is very helpful during cleaning, and other instruments such as a mouth mirror, tongue cleaner, probe, and pick that allow you to perform a thorough cleaning at home. I bought one of these before and it did nothing so I was skeptical to buy this one, but since it was only $40 and the reviews were good and they said it squealed I bought it. And I’m really glad I did. It’s in a nice box. It comes with many extras, including earplugs, a little mirror, tongue, scraper, teeth, scrapers I don’t know what those are called, three extra heads four total. It came partly charged , at least enough to use it twice so far on medium. And it looks good too. The blue is nice dark navy blue and shiny metallic. It also has gold metallic accent, which aren’t clear from the pictures on the listing, but it looks good sitting on my counter too. It’s easy to use, hold down the power button to start it then select your power level, soft mid or hard by pressing the button shortly to rotate through them press again, long to turn it off there’s really not much to it. I used the flathead to scrape some tartar off my teeth, and it worked immediately on medium. There was no pain or discomfort. It does make the nice loud, squealing noise. To Tell you it’s working. The instructions are straightforward, comes with a little booklet. The size is nice and compact to fit just about anywhere. A toothbrush will fit. It’s about the size of an electric toothbrush. I would say the value for money is definitely there with this one it works. It works on medium. I haven’t even tried it on a high and on soft. I tried this morning. It worked as well getting tartar off and scraping tartar off the backs of my front teeth. Overall, I definitely recommend this and would absolutely buy it again. If the battery failed. I did have to buy a new plug for it. It only comes with the cord and has to have a 5 V plug adapter so know that going in otherwise it’s perfect. I can’t say a bad thing about it!!. Read more

** Update** This is the ultimate addition to your dental care routine! After one month of using it my teeth are smooth as glass. it removes so much more when used in conjunction with a good flosser and brush, you can do no better. An excellent purchase. It works exceptionally well for plaque removal. I try to keep my teeth as clean as possible, but the stuff this knocked loose surprised me. Some people are more prone to plaque accumulation. If you are one of us, you may want t purchase this. It is an excellent tool and it comes with a surprising number of heads and additional tool, especially for the price. A couple of points. 1. It arrives with no charge at all, you have to give it a good 3 hour charge before use. Once charged, it lasts quite a while. 2. When you turn it on you have to hold down the button, not just press it. I saw a review that said it didn't work. That was my first thought as well, until I read the instructions thoroughly. 3. Use is only on your teeth, it is not gum friendly tool. I use an ultrasonic tooth brush and a water flosser. After using this I can't believe how much cleaner and smoother my teeth feel. I was so happy to finally get this Dental Plaque Remover Kit because I know it will be very helpful to deep clean my teeth. And true enough, this works amazing! It is very easy to use with 3 settings to choose from. I usually use the "soft" mode and gently run it near the gums of my teeth where some plaque is already forming. And in less than10 minutes, I am done cleaning my teeth. I also appreciate the different heads they included, plus the dental tools that come with it. It’s an oddity of a dental tool. As far as I can tell this is a very high speed and direct to the tip of the tool, hyper-speed vibration tool. It does lift plaque but takes a bit of time to do so. Still, to get stubborn plaque off the tooth base near the gum line it’s the best tool I have besides a dental scaler. If you’re patient and take your time, it works well. Read more
