Love this controller but unfortunately when it arrived the audio port didn't work properly. If you have headphones plugged in they cut out constantly and your microphone won't work. Everything works perfectly. I contacted the seller and they gave me a $5 refund but I'm a streamer so a working mic port would have been ideal. Read more

So far so good. Love the color!! Al ok the things work 👌 charges fast ! Buttons are easy to gently wipe clean. Duo sense is super cool and works well. Speaker/mic thing works well! These things are not very durable though but I get it. Just wish they were like drop proof a little bit ..cuz u accidentally drop it and like boom it won't work right ... this is our 5th one in like 6 months.. not the fault of the brand or anything. Just gets knocked over off shelf 1ft up off the floor,or drops out of kids hands from like slouchy bean bag length up off floor, but if it hits the floor carpet or not it stops working and gets glitchy... So far, so good. Albeit, it came assembled weird. As first I assumed the right stick was broken as I felt a crack when rotated the stick around. Any issue at all with a controller this expensive is unacceptable so I considered reporting this and getting it replaced, however I realized that the black plating around the sticks was not clipped on right at all, and after taking it off then putting it back on right, it was totally fine. The crack was still there though in the right stick, so I realized that the rubber nub on it was put on upside down, leading to the issue there. Other than how badly it was assembled, it's perfect, clean, and basically brand new. Works amazing, I love it. The quality is incredible, the controller feels great to play with. I especially appreciate the back buttons you can map, and what's cooler is that Playstation has an app for PC that allows you to configure the buttons in any way you want into profiles, and switching profiles is seamless and only takes two simultaneously button presses. Depending on the game, I switch the profiles to suit my needs with the buttons on the back, it's very convenient. Read more

The controller is ok but i notice something on it I have had to replace the joystick twice in less than a year not only that I also notice that even after replacement I've get stick drift on my right side dont know if is a controller issue or not but ill have to disconnect the joystick and connect it again and it stops but eventually returns even after replacing it with a new joystick stick the issue persists i tried looking for info to see if any one else has had the same issue but there is nothing out there.
