I really like these overalls. I’m 5’3 and 150-ish and the medium fit pretty well. The crotch is long on me but the length in the legs and the width of the waist is good. It’s baggy enough to be comfortable but not too loose it looks bad. The jean material is not too heavy and it’s softer compared to real denim. I will say the hardware feels cheap but those are easily replaceable. Read more

Let me start by saying these are supremely comfortable! I followed the reviews and purchase an XS instead of the small that Amazon suggested. I was glad I did as they fit perfectly! The barrel is decently constructed! The only issue I had is the crotch area is far too long . Like past my thighs. Looks odd and dumpy. Otherwise they’re great and much less expensive than FP. Love these overalls so much! I got them specially for pregnancy and they are perfect. I normally wear a M but sized up to a L for pregnancy and so I can wear them a little baggier while postpartum! 6 months pregnant in these pics and still wearing them a month later. I’m also 5’9 and hate when jeans hit me too high on my ankles, but I feel like these are a great length especially since you can adjust the straps! Seems like the reviews are all over the place! I ordered the recommended size (M). For reference I am 5’3, 148 lbs, 28/29” waist, 30” inseam, 34B. I’m a pear shape and carry my weight in my wide hips and thighs. I typically wear a size 8 jeans. A 29 in low-rise Levi’s. FIT: I had to unbutton the top two side buttons in order to get these over my hips. I was surprised at how roomy they were once I had them up. The waist has a LOT of room for me. I could likely wear a small, but then I’d probably have to unbutton all the side buttons just to get them over my hips and I certainly don’t have the patience for that. The rise is long and I can’t typically wear anything “high-rise” so I had to adjust the straps to where the metal pieces were all the way over my shoulders, behind me. The straps start to widen at a certain point so I couldn’t make them any shorter, but had I been able to I would have a bit more. I hadn’t washed them yet at this point as I was just trying them on so maybe they’ll shrink a bit in the wash. The legs are super roomy and the barrel cut is noticeable, but not obnoxious. I actually love the cut and the fit once I adjusted the straps. The length came below my ankle. They looked cute with just a little cuff too. The more I type, the more I’m convinced I could have gotten away with a Small. I may order the lighter pair in a small and compare them. DENIM QUALITY: The denim itself is pretty heavy, probably wouldn’t want to wear these in the dead of summer. But I like that they aren’t flimsy and thin. The color (I ordered the Blue) isn’t as distressed as shown in the photos. I wish it had a little more fading in some areas for some added contrast but I can do that myself. I like them enough that I would take the time to do so. I am, however, happy that they don’t have bright distressed/bleached areas just below the butt. Not a fan of that look. BUTTON QUALITY: This is where I think the brand dropped the ball. The buttons definitely seem a little sketchy, too wobbly, and I’m nervous they are already on their last leg.
