Don't be fooled - this "plaid mini skirt" is made of fleece, not the expected blazer material. The six brown buttons are permanently attached (no pockets), and there's a flimsy side zipper. The 100% polyester fabric has zero stretch and feels cheap - imagine stiff drape material lined with cheap fleece material on the exterior. The red plaid looks faded, like a printed on fleece pattern like a cheap throw blanket. Sizing runs tight - my 4X (55" hips/44.5" waist per size chart) fit exactly to measurements with no forgiveness. If you're near the size limits, definitely go up a size. Only positive: The length is even all around (unlike many plus-size skirts that hike up in back). This skirt is absolutely adorable and makes a great piece to focus an outfit around. The material is sturdy with a strong side zipper but it doesn't really have any stretch to it so that makes for a slightly tight fit. Read more
