I've read how bad seed oils can be, so I was looking for an alternative to canola and such. I'm also on the AIP diet as of 3-4 weeks ago which is super strict. I've been using this as a replacement and it works great and doesn't seem to cause or exacerbate body inflammation. I also like that there's no aerosol to get disperse the oil.
