The Pooboo Y 160 bench a fantastic product! You will not be disappointed in any way should you purchase it. Firstly, the price is excellent; I quite seriously doubt if there is any bench out there that will provide more for the money than the Y 160. It is unbelievably strong and as stable as the Rock of Gibraltar - no matter how vigorous your workout. Secondly, the final assembly is very straightforward, with very clear instructions; might take 10-12 minutes at the most. Thirdly, having wheels you can easily pick it up using the handle and reposition it to any part of your home. Fourthly, all the materials and finish are first rate. The finish on the metal parts is "new car worthy" and the padded seat and back are extremely comfortable. Having shopped quite lengthily for a bench, I am elated with the Y 160. I am honestly shocked by how solid this Pooboo adjustable bench is. I expected something decent for the price, but it feels like a high-end bench. The frame is sturdy, the padding is comfortable and firm, and nothing wobbles during presses or rows. The adjustment settings are smooth and easy to change, and the angles work perfectly for different exercises. I got a fantastic deal and it is absolutely worth what I paid. It has fully adjustable decline/flat/incline positions, plus adjustable height foot rests, perfect for ab workouts. Despite being heavy, it's surprisingly mobile thanks to rear wheels that let you drag it around easily, and I believe that heavy benches are awesome for a workout. The assembly was straightforward with no complications. I've bought a bench before at almost the same price with really bad quality, so this is a huge upgrade in every way. The only minor complaint I have is that the seat cushion could be more reinforced for comfort, though it's perfectly good as it is for regular use. Overall, very nice. The top for your back is very sturdy and is comfortable in all positions. You don’t ever feel worried about weight on top of this. Assembly was very easy and was done in about 30 minutes. The only downside to this that I don’t like is the bottom seat area. Even when fully tight it has more flex side to side in it than I would like. Not quite worrying, but noticeable and it feels as if they should have added a brace from the outside corners of the seat to the lower front frame are.
