I was searching for a skirt that would fit well and be suitable for bike riding. I created leg garters to hold down my skirt by using the traditional mitten-holders sewn onto elastic to keep the skirt from riding up. This skirt fits perfectly (size small) , has a nice flare, and hits just below the knee (I am 5'1") . The jersey spandex is very comfortable and I expect it to be easy to launder and hang to dry.
