These are well made and solid with good Velcro. Before buying, I recommend that you consider that each strap is only 8 inches long. Neither my wife nor I could secure one around our average size wrists or ankles, but these would not be a problem for small children to wear that way. We are not using them on wrists or ankles but instead are attaching them to pet collars to help keep track of our pets roaming in the nearby woods and fields on the farm. These bells are quite good for that because the 4 bells on each strap are quite large and ring well. We expect the Velcro will release in case the pet gets hung up on some wire or brush, minimizing the risk of serious harm from choking or strangulation. I suspect the bells may rust a bit over time if they frequently get wet and are not dried fairly soon, especially if used in or near salt water and not promptly rinsed after use. Overall, very good quality for a reasonable price. Read more
