This kit really does come with everything, including tongs. All the parts that were supposed to be included came. They fit together and work really well. The quality of the smoke is smooth and easy on the throat. I love that it's portable and includes a travel case: my other hookah is too big to lug around. This one is made in part of sturdy acrylic, giving the set a modern vibe. The only odd thing about it is that the three pink parts are three different shades of pink, not that I mind. The good: It's different than the tall kind, and shorter and round, close to the table prevents it from tipping over. The glowing bottom puck adds a chill look (The bottom is indented and has a a wet free no water zone it stores in) and watching the bubbles is nice touch. The acrylic plastic is top knitch thick and everything fits snug quite like a protien skimmer in a saltwater fish tank with no leaks for the most part, with a few exceptions. (The tube) It looks cool and glows, and the bowlpiece is connected to an all silicone spot and the coal holder is a little on the thin side but functional. You would need an external coal burner, this is more for an advanced user. The downside: No instructions, and given a new style it's good to include, but I made use without it. The tube is super long. about 3 feet too long and it's just a strait rubber silicone tube, no matter how you fit it onto the hookah itself, it will pop off each and every time, so much that it's not even functional the weight of the tube pulls it right off. The spring part doesn't even fit it properly, so I haven't used it yet. It looks cool, overall and has much options for someone with more patience. I will stick with traditionally burners and styles, the tube just is a make or break moment for me I need something that works each and every time, and this just couldn''t even get out of the starting gate. C, (But A for effort) This is just my experience, you may have a better one and see the value in the money spent. Portable is good, but the zipper and case for it all need to be at least an inch or two bigger, seems they cut costs on this. It is portable, just put it all in a backpack. I tried to upgrade/switch out the smoking tube part with a more traditional hookah tube thinking it was universal and it is not, can't put standard tube without an adapter, it may work but I gave up. This comes so well packed with everything in it's own tiny bag then all of that in a bag that most is shoved in the base. Once you spend 15 minutes undoing everything, you'll spend more time washing the chemical smell out of everything. Once it all dries, time to add some shisha and charcoal!! It's mostly stable and works mostly well but I am not a fan the hose... it's really long and awkward, I might cut it. Now getting it back in the bag... be prepared to remove the hose (I wrapped it around the base in the bag, unscrew some stuff, carefully pack things, and it still isn't as neat as if I took it all apart and shoved everything back in the base.
