Returned it. It wasn't even blowing cold air. Just less warm air plus some water spray. If anything it is just a fan right? Yes, but for this price I could get a better fan that had more mobility and rotation. Purchased when staying somewhere and the AC wasn't able to keep the whole place cool due to extreme heat. This little thing worked great.
