I like to wait to write reviews until after I’ve used the product. I have had this product for just under 4 months; unfortunately it has stopped working completely. It just hums abs the fan doesn’t spin. Prior to this I would use it a few times a week. The cooling feature was “ok” at best. Not terribly cooling, compared to the regular fan feature. The media could not be loaded. Let me start with the fact that I probably didn’t purchase this either the same intention of others. I did not purchase this to cool a room off at all. I purchased this for my dogs and especially my senior dog. I live in south Louisiana where it is hot as hell. We suffer from May-November. My goal was to get something that could be cooler than a fan to blow on my girl when she’s laying down. The air temperature seems cooler when it comes out but I haven’t tried to use ice cubes yet. She seems to not mind it. I’ll see how it does outside but I don’t suspect it’ll do anything when it’s 100 degrees with 90% humidity out. Either way, it’s doing what I intended it to do, which is to help cool my dog off. Fan power has 3 speeds and I have it on the highest setting for her. It was super easy to set up where the only thing I did was read instructions to figure out what the foam tools were. Man, I love a product that I don’t have to read a manual for.
