After sitting in the trunk for three weeks this pack lost one out of four charge indicating bars, so remember to check it every once in a while. It IS just a battery after all. I deflated two medium sized tires to be able to tape off the rubber better when I wanted to paint the nasty rims. This thing pumped two 225-65-17 tires up from about 5 pounds of pressure to 33 pounds, and it still only used about half its energy (going by the bars). The pumping stopped at the set pressure (33) and two other pressure gauges indicated that they were very close at 34 pounds actual. Each tire took about five minutes. NOT BAD. The air hose is unreasonably hard to take off (minimal metal material) when hot, and it do get hot, but it clamps onto the valve stem flawlessly. On the other side of the ranch this puppy takes nearly forever (precise technical term there) to recharge, but I'd go with the good points over recharging time any day. If you try to recharge this thing while it's doing ANYTHING, it will stop doing the anything thing. I don't know how well the jump start part works. Hope I never have to find out.
