Pretty good
I mostly love it. There are a couple of things that I don't like, such as the fact that you can't put carpet cleaner or any kind of detergent into the clean water tank. You have to spray the cleaner on the carpet and then use the machine to spray the water on it and scrub it. That's a bummer, I'd rather mix the detergent with the clean water and spray it on my carpet the way I have with every other carpet cleaning machine I have ever owned. 2nd dislike is that there is no onboard tool storage, nothing to clip the tools onto the machine for storage when not in use. Or maybe there is and I just haven't figured it out yet, that's a definite possibility. I'll end up losing them if they aren't attached to the machine somehow, lol. The hose can be wrapped around the machine and clipped to it. Other than that it's pretty decent. I like that it plugs in instead of running on a rechargeable battery. I have owned several portable machines like this in the past that use a battery and the batteries have all ended up failing after a few months to a couple of years, even though I rarely used the machines. It has a good length cord and hose. I like the self cleaning hose attachment, pretty cool. I haven't used the shoe brush yet, but that's a neat addition. It cleans messes very well and sucks the carpet pretty dry, no leaks from the hose or the machine. It's easy to use. The price is very affordable. I'm happy with it. Read more

Powerful spot cleaner
This powerful vacuum carpet and rug cleaner is intended for cleaning stains and spots. The materials used are good quality and it's light enough to easily move around as you clean. It was easy to put together and the suction is strong. There's a clean water tank and you apply the water by pushing a button on the handle while you vacuum. I had 2 spots on my hallway runner from my cat and it made very short work of those stains leaving no trace of the stains behind. I also used this to clean the shag rug in my room and even though it isn't intended as shampooer it worked pretty well at getting the cat hair up and sucking up some of the more deeply imbedded dirt. I added some floor cleaning solution to the clean water tank that doesn't foam and it helped the vacuum clean better. It worked best on my low pile runner and cleaning the vacuum after use was also quick and easy. Read more
