Good customer service but this boombox is still a total disappointment
UPDATE. After seeing my review, the seller reached out to me, apologized and offered a refund. For that, I am increasing the rating to 3 stars. Solely for the customer service. I appreciate the apology and the refund, however it still does not improve the quality or functionality of the boombox. Original review: This boombox sounds terrible. We bought it several months ago and I wanted to give it a fair shot before writing a review. We use it every day. We wanted a mid range boombox so my toddler can listen to her cds. It’s slow to respond when you push the buttons. When you turn it off, there is a constant high pitched humming that will drive you crazy if you sit too close to it. I have to unplug it to not be bothered by it. CDs that are in perfect condition will skip and stutter. Not worth it at all. Now looking to spend more money on a higher quality one because the issues with this boombox outweigh it’s one saving grace- the ability to play cds. A total disappointment. Strongly recommend that you buy something else. Read more
