Great capacity and fast charging

What happened?
I charged the charger to 100% before first use and tried to use it during a trip and it started charging my phone for half a second before shutting off completely. I tried pressing the side button to turn it back on and I tried plugging it in to be charged and nothing has turned it back on again. The last time it was on, it said there was 100% on the battery. Very disappointed because I was excited for the convenience of not having to carry extra cords with my portable charger during vacation. Maybe I just got a faulty battery. Read more
