I am impressed by the sound quality of this device! I was pleasantly surprised upon turning it on and turning up the volume. It does get pretty loud for its size. I like that there is both manual (use finger to glide in a circular motion over top of device) and automatic mode, with four different options for timers, if desired. The button on top of the device changes the frequency, and you do have to click through the various frequencies to select the one you want. I use mine for meditation and sleep, but I can see this being used in a professional setting, as well. This device is compact, so it is easy to take with you on your travels, and it comes with a protective case and charger. What a delightful tool. I have started meditating with this and love it! It's easy to use and is definitely worth every penny. It's compact and easy to travel with from room to room or on trips with the travel case. I love that I can pick the different modes. And I can change the diff. modes even during meditation. Absolutely must have for meditation; this rechargeable singing bowl is made exceptionally well! Quality is immediately recognized during unboxing, beginning with the beautiful zippered bowl case/box. The singing bowl has heft/density; made solid and for longevity. The tactile button selections are precise and responsive. The sound emanated from this bowl is so superior that I felt the internalized speakers came from Klipsch. I love the ability in selection from manual or automatic. The different sound waves are stellar and having the option of several sounds is extremely valuable in comparison to the limits of a Tibetan singing bowl. Excellent item! Pure tones, easy to use! Set on A it plays the tone endlessly or you can choose a setting for 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Click the center top and change tone at will. Also has an M setting for manual where the tone will play as you move your finger along the smooth top in a meditative way. I play mine during my sessions in addition to relaxing music, so small & compact no one sees it's there on the shelf. This one is a gift for a friend in healing arts, she will love it! I love it! The sound quality is fantastic, and it is SO easy to use. I took off one star because the 396 hz frequency is mislabeled as 369. I had to do some extensive comparison to make sure it was a misprint. Other than that, no real complaints. I do wish it had a cycle mode, but I feel like that would be asking a bit much. I like the fact that it can be used with or without earbuds. It’s a great addition to crystal healing and color therapies. All in all, I feel it is well made and definitely worth the price.
