I made sure to register for the warranty just in case, the first use, battery does seem to drain fast but it's on the whole time I had it and heats up really quick. Overall good product, I think I still like my heat mat more though even though it's kinda bulky, it's large and heats up for hours on end as long as it's plugged in. I can’t believe I hadn’t bought one of these sooner!! I was experiencing some of the worst cramps ever at work when I thought to myself “what can I do to feel less like this the rest of my cycle and so on?” And I remembered something I saw in social media and long story short, this was a stellar decision. It heats up quickly, discrete enough for use while out and about, comfortable to wear, charges quickly, lasts about 2 hours w consistent use of heat and massage. Oh and the massage setting though, it sounds like I’m actively choosing to not answer a phone call. It’s not extremely loud but it does make a little more noise than I out thought into.
