Verify product is new before using
I received a used item or a defective one. I put water in the tank, connected hose properly and turned it on. For 30 mins it never produced any steam, even though you could hear the motor running. Left it to cool off and tried again another day. This time it made a different sound and after a minute or so steam exploded out the vents where the motor and heating element is housed. I opened the unit and found a rusty circuit board. So I am convinced the unit was not new but was defective. I recommend you look elsewhere. Recently my purchases on Amazon have declined in quality. Better quality control is needed. Read more

Came with attachments exactly as described. Easy to operate but I'd not recommend for large jobs as the power cord length may not be adequate. Keep an eye on the water reservoir. BEST Amazon delivery to 🇹🇹 Read more
Major Disappointment
Don't bother with this one, I was so excited to get it and it was a major disappointment. It sounds broken, it doesn't do anything. I literally spits out steam, almost in a sputter. I'm returning it, and will keep looking until I find one that's exactly nasnits advertised😒 Read more
Powerful and easy to use for home cleaning
The media could not be loaded. This handheld steam cleaner surprised me in a good way. It has strong pressure and heats up fast, which makes deep cleaning easier without using harsh chemicals. I’ve used it on floors, around the bathroom, and even on the couch with great results. It’s lightweight and the water tank lasts long enough for several areas. The different brush attachments are a nice bonus for tough spots. Great tool to have at home if you like things really clean. Read more
