I am 6ft, 180lbs; a medium or large in most shirts/jackets. I am not a big guy. This brace was too small for me. I found it difficult to put on and even more difficult to adjust, all because it is too small. This is made for small- to medium-sized women (as the product and box images might indicate). I had to send this one back because it was too small. It was light weight, but I take issue with the design. The shoulder straps wrap around the arm pits which is not an idea location because of your underarm deodorant will soil the straps. I can't recommend this posture corrector due to inadequate design. It's meant to fit a particular body size however, if your frame is a little too small, it might not be able to grab your shoulders right. That's my only disclaimer. That being said it does do the job of keeping your shoulders back so you don't hunch over, You do need a bit of flexibility to reach the straps from under you to pull up and over. I had some trouble but that's because I have a very wide girth for my back. The adjustments is generous. Product was described to fit most body types. I was barely able to get the device on due to my chest size and body shape. Im not a large person so I did not expect this to happen. This product seems more suited for a smaller frame and less wider body shape. Im purchasing a different manufacturers product now that should be better suited to my body shape. Read more
