I’ve been wanting to try something to help with my poor posture for a while. I get the idea in my head, look at products for hours, and then ultimately can’t decide which one to get and I think to myself, I’ll look again tomorrow and decide then. Then tomorrow comes, I get busy and forget about it, and then the whole process starts over again a few weeks later. I finally decided to just stop this madness, choose one and try it. So that’s what I did. This Cmipeob Posture Corrector was a good choice for me. Many of them only come in black, and the one I selected was pink and much closer to my skin tone, so if I decide to wear it under clothing, it won’t be quite as obvious. It was easy to put on, which was good because there are no instructions. You really don’t need instructions though because it is easy to figure out how this works and it took me about 20 seconds to get it on and adjusted. Very obvious and simple. The fabric feels firm, but it has some give, just enough so that it isn’t uncomfortable to bend over or twist side to side. I’d say the fabric is breathable because I didn’t feel hot wearing it and it did not make me sweat. The parts that stretch around the body and secure in the front have a soft, low pile velcro that didn’t irritate my skin. The velcro provides a secure, tight fit and holds strongly. I wasn’t uncomfortable wearing it but it did take a couple hours before I was used to it, and then I kind of forgot it was even there. My back felt supported and I am hoping my posture will improve as I wear this daily and train my shoulders to stay back instead of slouching forward. I am a women’s size 18 and I chose the XXL size. I’m a 42 inch bra size and I carry most of my weight in the belly area. The XXL size was the right size for me, and I have it secured at almost the smallest size around. I probably could have gone with the XL, but my weight fluctuates all the time so this is fine. I would think this XXL size would be appropriate for sizes 16-24 based on how it fits me and how much room is left when securing the straps in front. It feels like quality material and the stitching looks even and secure so I expect this to last for a long time. When it comes time to wash it, I’ll do that in a lingerie bag in cool water and hang it dry. There was a faint smell upon opening it, but it disappeared quickly and I didn’t feel the need to wash it before using it. The price is low and I think this is a very good value. I’m happy I finally made a decision and went with this one because it’s comfortable to wear and since it’s comfortable, I know I will actually use it. Read more

I put a lot of hope into this posture corrector, but after using it throughout the day, it became clear that it has some fundamental issues that keep me from recommending it. The biggest problem is that it simply does not stay in place. Even when I adjusted it carefully in the morning, the straps gradually loosened as the day went on. By midday, it no longer sat where it was supposed to, and I had to readjust it multiple times. The design intends for the straps to cross behind the shoulder blades, but in practice they kept riding up my back until they were almost at my neck. Once they shifted, the support they were supposed to provide was basically gone. I tried tightening the straps, loosening them, and repositioning the device, but nothing stopped it from creeping upward over time. Despite these issues, it was not uncomfortable to wear for most of the day. The material is soft enough, and it never caused irritation or pain. The problem is not comfort but function. A posture corrector that won’t stay in the correct position cannot do its job, no matter how comfortable it is. In terms of pain relief, at the end of the days I used it I didn't have back pain, but I am unsure if I can definitely attribute the pain relief to the product itself, or indeed the way I was interacting - mostly sitting still in the car, when I do not often have back pain anyway. Overall, this product falls short of its intended purpose. It might work briefly right after adjusting it, but it does not maintain its placement, and the straps coming loose makes it unreliable. I ordered this posture brace because I wanted something adjustable that I could wear for short periods during the day, especially when I am lifting boxes and organizing things around the house and in my garage, or when I end up sitting for a long time. It was not difficult to adjust, and the material feels structured without being rigid, has good support and straps that have enough length and flexibility to fine tune the fit without restricting my movement. It sits securely around my upper back and right above my waist, and once it is adjusted it stays in place so I do not have to constantly readjust the brace. I really wanted to like it and I asked 2 other people to try this but it didn’t not work for anyone. It doesn’t have a good support and I dont think it’s a useful thing.. the fabric is nice and the color is beautiful but that’s it :( Maybe if you get a sir smaller it may work (?) Read more
