After I reached out to report the issue, they were very proactive in ensuring I received a replacement. They even initiated a second shipment when it looked like the first one might be delayed, showing they were genuinely committed to getting the replacement to me as quickly as possible. I received the replacement in perfect condition, and the seat is back in use. The product itself is well-designed and effective and very easy to put together. The instructions are clear and concise. This is great. So easy for potty training and letting the child feel independence because we don't have to put a child seat on the toilet and then a stool. It's all in one, it's folds up to easily fit between the toilet and wall in the bathroom, no empyting and rinsing a "chamber pot" beneath a training potty. And then the child continues to use it once they are trained helping them feel confidence with their independence to use the toilet without help. Oh, and the guard on the front to keep the pee in the toilet and not from coming out the front - life saver for moms who don't like cleaning boys' pee from toilets. Just me? Read more
This is an excellent, easy to put together, and easy to use potty seat for my 2yr old. He is able to put it away, open it, and use it on his own when he wants to. We chose to remove the soft seat since my son tends to wee underneath it, so it was easier to leave out of for easier cleaning. I'd like to point out how awesome the company is that sells this product. We ordered two seats in order to have one in each bathroom, and on the day they arrived, I went to set them up immediately. The first one was built in less than 5 minutes, and when I went to build the second, a male to female piece for the bottom stand got stuck and broke when I tried to take it back apart to readjust. I contacted the company to see about getting that one piece replaced. They communicated right away, and sent out a full replacement even though I just inquired about the broken piece. They went above and beyond and we are so grateful to them. Read more
Great for smaller toddlers potty training because they can climb up on it themselves and apparently it’s very comfortable because my toddler just loves to sit on it and she doesn’t wanna get off lol. It is priced then a regular toddler toilet seat, but it’s definitely worth it. For your child to be comfortable enough to climb up by themselves. Read more
This potty training seat is just OK, even with the screws being tightened the seat is wobbly so I will have to keep it secure while my son uses it. Also the item states it includes a potty chart with stickers which I didn’t receive. I also didn’t look enough at the description because I thought this could fold up when not in use and it does not. Kind of disappointing and wish I went with a different product, however after putting it together I didn’t see the point in disassembling and returning. Read more
