Stopped working and won’t turn on

UPDATE: I reached out to the company and asked if there was a way to reset the watch or power it down completely so that it may reset itself. They were quick with their response , and although the watch cannot be reset or powered down the problem with the watch was not fixed so they graciously offered to send a replacement or refund the money. I am very pleased with the customer service of this company! Worked great at first, then just stopped working. halfway through the day the reminders just stopped playing, and now the screen won’t turn on. When I put it on the charger the battery light does illuminate but the screen is still black when it is taken off the charger. There is no way to turn off the watch or reset it either. Read more

Perfect Potty Training Companion!

I couldn't be happier with the Potty Training Watch! It’s been a game-changer for helping my toddler establish a consistent restroom routine. The 7 alarm settings and cyclical countdown timer are fantastic, and I love the flexibility of choosing between a vibration or melody reminder. My child finds the melodies fun, making potty time an exciting and positive experience! The soft silicone material is gentle on my toddler’s wrist and fits perfectly, while the colorful digital display is easy for them to read and adds a playful touch. The dinosaur design is absolutely adorable and instantly won my child's heart. It’s so lightweight and toddler-friendly that my child forgets they’re wearing it! One of my favorite features is the long battery life—a single charge lasts so long, which is perfect for busy parents. It’s also water-resistant, which makes it worry-free during daily handwashing or accidental splashes. I also appreciate the thoughtful design with the distance light sensor that prevents unnecessary disturbances. It’s a clever touch that shows how much thought went into making this watch. Read more

Wonderful design, poor manufacture of the electronics.

Looks great! Not too "baby" for my seven-year-old who doesn't realize she needs to go until she can't get there--but the packaging is VERY babyish, so I just pulled it out before I gave it to her. She loved it and it fit her perfectly--and the band has two keepers and the tongue of the band has a little bump to hold it in the keeper. SO well-designed. But the electronics are not well manufactured. When I first set it up, I thought it was behaving a bit erratically, but I figured I wasn't pushing the buttons just right. I was able to get everything set in a few tries. Instructions are definitely not written by English speaker, but you can get it. So we got to Day 2 and I couldn't get it to turn off at night. You are supposed to push the "A" button five times to get to the On/Off function and then you turn it off twice to turn it off so that the child doesn't do it accidentally. The first time I had tried to turn it off, I didn't do it right and it was still on, but I had left it where I couldn't hear it, so it was fine. But the next time I couldn't get it off when she was going to choir and needed it off. Pretty sure I did it right, but it chimed during choir. Then that night, I can't get to the screen to turn it off at all. When I push A five times, it just cycles through the other choices. Left it where I couldn't hear it overnight, but then this morning, I can't get it to start fresh when she does--just have to wait until it chimes and start then. But I can't get it to display the countdown time. I don't figure it's going to get any better and I'm returning it. So sad. Very nice design. They need to get their electronics for it manufactured by someone who knows what they are doing. They almost had a very nice watch. P.S. And I wonder if all of these reviews are even for this watch--the review that comes up SECOND every time I look at them talks about how this watch is fine for "basic calls, texts and activity tracking" even though it doesn't have all the features of the more expensive smart watches. And it has a picture that certainly seems to be this watch. WHAT??? I didn't look at the picture before, assuming that it was just for a different product, but went back to it just now and see that it's the right watch in the picture. That just doesn't pass the sniff test. Other reviews seem right. Read more

Effective but not durable

Fits the kiddo and helped her break her attention when she's paying to pay attention to her body. The month that she had this, she went from constant accidents to maybe one or two when sick. It's mostly easy to use. Directions can be iffy but we've been fighting to potty train this kid for a while. She's going to be 5 in May and this was the magic sauce for someone who happens to hyper fixate on play instead of their body. (She doesn't use tablets so it's not a screen time issue. It's that going to the potty is not as fun as play) Anyway, good value. 17$ for sanity is worth it. The durability is not that great. She killed it when she was washing her hands (and her ponies) in the sink. However, 3 days without it has been hard on her and she's back to having accidents so I'm buying it again. Read more

Amazing battery life!

First off the batter life is amazing! When it arrived it was at 100% so I did not charge. We have had used it now for 10 days without charging it ever and it is still at 70%! Great little watch for the price. It was a little complicated to set up the first time but now that I know how to do it's it's fine. It can vibrate or play a song every 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. It plays the song "if you happy and you know it clap your hands" in a minor key which is kind of quirky but we don't mind. It's a fairly high pitched electronic kind of sound. It is easy for my child to turn the alarm off by her self so I have to be paying attention. You have to push the off button once more after it says off to make the timer stop so it won't go off at night. It has held up to washing hands and playing in the water some. Read more
