Comes with two floss straps red is slightly thicker than the black and a carrying nap sack. Material feels good, it is a little slick but once you tack it on it stays on. I use it for my knees and dont particularly sweat a lot there so im not sure how slippery it can get. Ive tried it on bare skin and over thin cotton pajama pants and either way feels fine. I bought another brand that only came with one and was same thickness as the black band so i think this one is good for the price since you get two. Im not sure how well they work scientifically but after using it a couple days i feel like its doing something. I may update this after using it for a month period. Dont expect this to make your swelling magically dissappear cause it wont but thing else compresses as tight as floss bands. So if you want compression these work well. For less than $20 they are totally worth a try. Im sure you can use them creatively as flexible bands if not for flossing so either way youll get use out of them. Read more

However, these bands don't offer the level of tackiness I was expecting. During my workouts, I found that the bands often slipped from their intended position, which was frustrating and affected the effectiveness of my exercises. Overall, while the POWER GUIDANCE Muscle Floss Bands are well-made and durable, they don't meet my specific needs due to their lack of tackiness.
