I gave this 5 stars but Ill add this caveat: It works mainly for casual fitness maintenance and/or rehab. The main selling point is that in contrast to dumbbells or clubs it puts the center of gravity right at the center of your hand. The result is it creates close to zero wrist torque. If thats what youre looking for this is perfection. It's also much cheaper than the brand name equivalents like fatbells. On the other hand, if youre looking for it double as a kettlebell I would advise caution. Hardcore kettlebell fans will probably want a kettlebell and not something that can sort of substitute for one. But if youre just looking for something that you can do your swings on when you dont have kettles it can work. All in all, and, given the qualifications I mention, its an A+. Read more
