We have had this couch since Jan of this year and it is very sturdy and comfortable. It was easy to put together and came in a couple boxes ! Just make sure to open the box labeled A first. At first, I was skeptical because whomever heard of putting together a sofa, right? Well let's just say it is easy to do and having another person helps but not necessarily needed. Your just screwing/tightening like 6 brackets and boom your done. This sofa is so comfortable and I like the way it reclines. The massage/heat is good too. The cup holders is an added bonus and let's not forget the charging ports and pockets to store remotes/ magazines etc. Yes this sofa has all the bells n whistles for a great price! First off, I love this couch. The cushions are firm & comfortable to sit & sleep on. The added electric recliner is a nice feature. The build quality is solid (real wood construction). Put the couch together with little difficulty (by myself). It took me about an hour. Had to carry the heavy 6 pieces couch up two flights of stairs. With that said, I have to address some build quality/bad design choices. The center console is useless. It broke within 2 months of minor use. (See pictures). If someone sits in the middle seat, they will unknowingly put sress on the back board & will separate it from its housing. Which is bad workmenship. The piece that separated only had 4 screws holding it. (around the corners). I have repurposed the screws to fasten the back rest of the sofa to the mechanical folding arm. Seems to work well. If I had to buy another couch, I would opt out of the massage & heater feature. I have rarely used it and would not miss it. Also, the side charge ports are unusable, do to the added slip & couching cover on it. Read more

We ordered the big couch and loveseat looks great, packages arrived as expected, easy assembled by my 14 yrs old son maybe took him hour, loveseat arrived 1st with 3 boxes, next day 3 more boxes arrived for couch, contact company they responded fast stating to please be patient the 4th boxes is in route, it arrived next day. I bought this sofa less than a year ago. I bought this because it had really good ratings, but I think it was inflated because in my experience, this is not a good sofa. I was really excited when I first got it. It was easy to put together and I could do it by myself. It is heavy, so try to put it together near where you want it if you are a sucker and buy it like me. So now I am a year in and I assumed I would initially have problems with electrical stuff since this couch does a lot of electrical things with the vibrating, heat, and the electric foot rests. I am very unhappy with the quality of the foam and the fabric. The foot rests work fine, but the foam has become non existent. The wood piece that supports the rest is now point up through where the foam used to go over the top and all the way down for padding on your ankles and legs. It as if it all got smushed down, but no one sits on the foot rests. The foam on the seats has also worn down. I can feel the springs through the foam. We are not a big family, I'd say average size and there are only 2 of us in my home. Me and my 9 year old. This sofa should not be in this condition as year later. I wish I had gone with an Ashley furniture or a more reliable brand. I contacted the seller and all they want to do is offer me a 10% refund. I am very upset with this quality. Do not purchase this.
