This is a very nice power strip/sirge protector. First of all it takes very little space, yet it has 9 AC outlets, 4 USB-A AND 4 USB-C outlets. A excellent feature is the ability to retract any excess cord into the unit even after plugging the unit into a home outlet. When it was first received, it was daylight and the grounding and protection lights (green and red) are so tiny it was nearly impossible to see them when they were lit. If the lights are on, the unit is being powered. When they are off, the unit itself is off and without power. When my second unit arrived it was nighttime and the lights were clearly visible when the room lights were off. Would highly recommend this item to anyone. It is a great space saver. Be aware if you have more than 1875W hooked to this tower, the on/off switch will trip to off as a safety feature. Okay - works so great I need about another dozen of them to spread throughout my home. I bought a white and black one. White sits on the kitchen island, tucked in and camouflaged by a tray holding a lamp, a plant, and a digital frame. Why is that important? Because I can see with light, I have my grandkids sing to me in their videos (digital frame) all while glancing at my ipad with my recipes as I cook. And with so many USB ports, I can keep my phone and ipad charging at the same location. I put the black power strip tower on the floor next to my bed to plug in all my nightstand items. It works as expected and has higher than average shared amperage between the USB Ports (most are around 3.4 A but this is 4.8 A), meaning you can charge more stuff through USB quicker. Only issue is the cable gets tangled super easily when wound up inside and requires disassembly to fix, so when you get this make sure to figure out the length you want quickly and don't unwind/wind it a lot. The retractable cord is super nice, but the cord feels a little short in my opinion. It works well as a power strip and lets me plug in all my grow lights. It feels pretty sturdy for a power strip but nothing crazy. The wireless charger on top is a nice idea, but I find my phone can't balance on top and still be positioned correctly to charge. Read more
