So this product is very nice specially if you want a pull up bar that doesn't take much space is wide enough to have a grown adult. But like I said measure your self with yours arms in the air. you hang from the bar not stand. Great for dips good for pull ups. Pros Compact for a small area. Stands strong Can use bands to help you do pull ups You can upgrade this bar If you know how to do welding and craft w/ metal You can attach this to a hard floor if you so much want to but you gonna have to drill it in place and get more hardware. Don't try this If you got no knowledge of this. There is a lot of possibilities with this product if you have the knowledge for it. Cons Not steady enough with the hardware they provide Have to buy own hardware with bigger washers and lock washer or locknut. Not as tall as you think really do your measurements before buying. But like I said in the pros part " if you a welder nothing you can't fix with a longer box bar plasma heater and a drill " You may need to use your own tools. tools provided strip easy and strip bolts easy too The hardware provided here keeps it in place but with time it will come loose once upgraded to your own hardware is a lot more steady and safe. So far so Good.. I've enjoyed the versatility of it for the price it doesn't take up much space in our 2Bd apt. *Though its not as stable beyond its typical intended use like (past 20degrees) w/bands or straps unless u can anchor it. I got it hoping to workout at home and its done well so far. Main issues are on my end of equation being grossly overweight = I can't do pull up.. yet. *Overall very happy with the rack especially its ease of assembly/disassembly, overall construction - if ur using as intended. limit on mine is 330#s, I weighed 275#s when I got it.. have since transitioned to gym for more versatile and beginner friendly training..lol. Great for dips and push-ups. The pull-up bar does not secure as sturdy as I would like and the bars are wobbly. Can still do pull-ups on it, but who wants a wobbly bar? Read more
