This product is perfect for me! I work on a loptop with monitors, mouse, yeti microphone, keyboards, external hdd, drawing tablet, phone tethering & usb headset connected. Incase you guys don't know, my gaming loptop only has about 3 usb connectors and that simply doesnt suffice anymore. With this product not only I can now plug everything in one corner and fix my cable management issues, I do not even need to unplug my things when I dont have it connected!!! This product has a genius power button on each side of the usb plug, all I have to do is hold on power and it will turn off that plug and disable my connection! Magic. Not only this product is perfect for me, it works!! On top of that you can even plug this on an outlet as a massive phone charger extension! I have brothers and we all have phone, sometimes our phone dies and there's simply not enough outlet in a corner! This definitely fix that. woopee. Product came on a neat packaging, its a box inside a plastic wrapper thingy. Safe, simple and secure. Im really happy I found this! Massive thanks to the amazing sellers! Read more

After many years of using it, I can say it was one of the best purchases I've ever made. It works like the first day; even though the power supply failed a couple of years ago, it still works with a new power supply. Read more

Pretty much everything can be run on USB power these days. As such, this is the ultimate power strip with both regular and fast charging USB-A type ports (no USB-C ports though). That's the only reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars, is the lack of inclusion of USB-C ports, but I presume later models probably have that. I take this with me whenever I travel so I have a convenient way to charge up all of my devices. Further, when going on a cruise ship, they can be picky about the type of power strip you can bring and I've never had a problem bringing this on. Last, you can also use this as a usb hub, plugging one end into your computer and then plugging multiple flash drives into the device ... then your computer will be able to see all of them at once. I have a couple of external drives that I use for weekly incremental backups only. (I alternate them every week.) Each backup typically takes no more than 5 minutes. Having the drives constantly plugged in to my PC and *powered* would reduce their life span. Plugging and unplugging them each time I need to use them is a royal pain as my PC tower is under my desk. This USB hub is the perfect solution. I now control most of my USB peripherals with it: speakers, microphone and video conference light. I find the 4 charging ports very handy too. The 3 'smart charging ports' sometimes are not that 'smart' charging my Pixel phone. Once I switched to the always-on charging port, my Pixel has been happy for the last 2 months. I use the 3 'smart charging ports' to charge my two fitness bands and headsets with no problem whatsoever. I had read alarming reports by other users about the hub 'burning' or 'smoking'. So I have been watching it like a hawk. I am glad to report that I have seen no sign of those in the last two months. Your mileage, of course, may vary. Read more

This item 'mostly' works as advertised. For some reason it will randomly not connect some items when powering on the computer. I have a USB to CAT5 adapter that 6 times out of 10 would not connect. I needed to either unplug/re-plug the main USB connection at the computer, turn the USB port on the switch on and off (possibly several times) or unplug the adaptor from the switch. It happened enough that i stopped using the CAT5 adaptor. The same things happens with a Passport USB external disk but not quite as often. Charging ports work but are not high power ports. Read more

This is my second Atolla hub. The first one had 5 ports; this one has 10. I'm a big fan of these hubs for the following reasons: - They feel solid, well-built, with quality materials. They have been reliable for me from the start and show no signs of deteriorating. - They are well designed. The ports feel nicely spaced and provide ample room for all types of USB devices without bending or forcing them in. - The on/off buttons are a thoughtful addition. Rather than having every device always on or needing to unplug them when not in use, I just need to press the on/off button to disconnect the device. It's a small thing that you don't realize would be helpful until you try it. - 3 of the ports allow up to 2.4A charging while 7 of the ports offer usb 3.0 data transfer + 1.5A charging, both color-coded appropriately. Again, another thoughtful design choice that gives me more flexibility and options - My biggest problem with other hubs was connection reliability. So far I've experienced no issues with either of the hubs. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality hub at a good price! Read more

REVISED REVIEW: After having issues with the charger, I reached out to the company. They were AMAZING with their communication and desire to make things right. Within a week, I had a replacement. It works great and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. EXCELLENT customer service from the company. I purchased this charger for the robotics club at my school. The first time I plugged it in, everything looked just fine. I put in the first USB cord and got a puff of smoke, the whole thing turned off, then came back on. That one port no longer works. The other 9 work OK, but I purchased this because it has 10 ports. Read more
