I had this about 8 months and loved it- then one day it just quit working... the power light flashed on and off constantly, and the PC would not recognize it. I figured I was out of luck - but the back of the product mentions Lifetime Warranty... so I emailed them, with very low expectations - but someone really DID respond! They asked some questions, needed a picture of it and my Amazon order info, then said they would ship me a new one. Lo and behold, a week later a brand new one shows up and it works fine! Really hoping this one lasts, because I love the angled nature of this one - so many USB devices like this are totally flat, but the angle of this is perfect to set under a monitor. Read more

Good USB hub with angled ports for easy use on a desktop. Enough data ports okus 3ea charging ports means efficient use in a small space. Like others have mentioned I did find it slides around a little as used. I installed rubber feet on the bottom, and despite having a glass top desk - it stays in place. Read more

Dead. I bought this in July 2025. Seems well-built and solid. I saw intermittent disruptions where my RAID drives and USB thumb drive would drop off, reboot, and then give me the warning that the "drives were removed improperly". It happened rarely, so I dismissed those incidents as a power spike. Six months since first use and the hub died. All connection ports on my MacBook Pro and cables check out as okay and the unit's power light is still on (not power supply). Have not heard from manufacturer, yet, but hope to. Definitely buy extra warranty if buying this, which I usually do, but did not this time. Read more
