Great item, bought this to connect multiple drives to my modem/router to make a media server, can turn on/off the drives as needed because I don't need them on all the time or all on at once. Being self powered it keeps from overloading the port on the modem. Has a charging port that could be useful if needed. Have only used it a couple of times so far but seems to work OK. Read more

Nice small usb hub. I have a bigger one and using this to fool my usb turntable into connecting with mc PC again. Tried everything else. Must be losing power on my pc usb ports but it connects plugged into the powered usb hub. This was the ticket. Nice cords are included too. And it has a fast charging port if I need one. My other one's worked for years. Update: Just returned for a refund. It when I was ready to use it it was no longer visible to any pc I connected it to. My bigger usb hub still is. Read more
