So this arrived 2 days ago and I opened it to use tonight and it has everything it says like the attachments and the unit which I will show in my video so far it has been working great only. The here are 2 steam volumes not 3 so I was disappointed about that. Also the security lid is awesome if the unit is still hot it will not let you open the lid till the unit is completely cooled down that feature just popped up on me when I was trying to open the unit it would not let me the lid just kept spinning so that's awesome for a security feature Read more

I've been holding off writing this review for about a week to put this steamer to the test on dirty floors. I have laminate flooring throughout my entire house and they need to be mopped twice a week or the dirt gets bad. I don't have any pets, but I am outside alot because I live in Florida and dirt gets tracked in from my shoes, plus the fact dust and such from the a/c vents constantly. Here are my thoughts: It was pretty easy to put together and easy to use. There are plenty of accessories to do deep cleaning which I will do in a few weeks, bathroom, tub, golf cart ect. It did clean floors very well as you can see in photos. My only issue is that I had to wash those "tower of floor brush" as they called it in the instruction manual, as this set only came with 2 and that made my floors very wet so steaming another room was pointless. It just does not make sense. They should have included at least 5 so you could do several rooms at once consecutively. Extension cord is short at 8ft long. I had to unplug then plug in another outlet in the same room. The manual does not tell you how big the tank is, nor do they tell you how much water to add. So your guess is as good as mine. I will try using this in a few days on my heavy rug to try the carpet steam feature. Also in bathroom shower to how well it gets hard water stains out on my shower glass. Advice: Use Distilled water as to prevent mineral buildup in your cleaner. Keep a few gallons on hand for future use. This unit has wheels so it transports around easily. This unit I think will be easier to use all around since it is on wheels. I will update review as I use it more in the near future. Sellers: Please correct the spelling in your user's manual, and please provide a few more towels with this set. It would make all the difference as I did not see any listing for replacement towels. Please add in the user's manual how much water to add. Update: I did try my Swiffer microfiber stretchy towels but it was a very tight fit, they worked and the other ones you attach with velcro may be way to thick, but I am sure everyone will find something suitable that works. Good quality, easy to use and figure out (even as someone who had never used a steam cleaner before this), works GREAT for cleaning almost everything in my house (floors, bathroom, upholstery, can even do walls and windows), and I love that it cleans and kills germs without harsh chemicals that aren’t good for my cats and irritate their sensitive noses. This is definitely a good value — I save a lot of money on cleaning sprays (which I used to buy TONS of and all different varieties — I still buy them for some things but I use SO much less now and this steam cleaner just uses water and the device itself to clean) and this comes with a ton of different attachments and tools (I haven’t even used them all yet, that’s how many there are!). It heats up quickly and holds a good amount of water, so it takes very little time to get set up before you’re ready to start cleaning!
