I purchased the ArchMolds brand originally from a store and really loved the comfort and extra cushion. I purchased my second pair from Amazon without realizing that ArchMolds sells 3 styles, varying in thickness, and that this is the thinnest. The information is readily available on the outside of the box, but Amazon has no photo that shows this. The insole works, but it's not the cushion and comfort I wanted. Next time I'll hold out for the thicker insole, which Amazon doesn't currently sell. Read more
The wife and I both suffer from Plantar Fasciitis, I have them in several pair of shoes and have worn them for 15 years with excellent results. I have tried other brands, even the nationally known brands that did not produce the results these do. On at least 3 occasions I have recommended them to friends and family, all with similar results. Perfect fit. Once heated, they molded perfectly to my feet. They help support my arches and make all of my footwear comfortable. Read more
One of the inserts is significantly smaller than the other, and doesn't even have the correct molding on the bottom. Looks like I received a factory mistake, as in it was cut/formed incorrectly. Read more

I bought these while recovering from a plantar fascia tear I sustained while running. It's been a long hard road back to recovery. I am still not running but am finally able to walk without the constant pain with these in my running shoes. I had purchased a different brand from a store but tried these and they are better. I now have 2 pair of them...( one in blue) and they are wonderful. Read more
These were put in my wife's ski boots which have zero arch support. The instructions are a little confusing. They are supposed to be heated in an oven at 225F, cloth side up, until a tiny sensor strip turns black. The sensor strip came on the sole so I had to peel it off and put it on the cloth. Not hard to do but not real obvious either. I preheated the oven and placed one insole at a time inside. I could watch the strip through the oven door glass. It took 2min 45 seconds for each sole. After each heating, I quickly place the sole in the boot and had my wife stand on it for about 3 or 4 minutes (sock covered foot). Worked quite well... I have my own pair of archmolds (maximums) in my ski boots and the work great. Read more
