I use these myself. They are not bulky and are very supportive. They helped me with a variety of foot problems. They definitely helped relieve most of my pain. My wife started to experience plantar facilities. I bought a pair for her,and she said they have really helped relieve the pain. She wears narrow width shoes, and they fit fine. They are good quality.I think they are a fair price, but I would love to see them offer a discount to returning customers,or for buying multiple pairs. Read more

Works well but slides when gotta is out in so you have to tilt heel of sneaker or shoe down towards the floor then insert. Relieves pain, made well, and nice support Read more
These are excellent. High-quality, precisely what I was looking for. I have been looking for a replacement for the Protalus inserts for a long time, and I think these are even better. Made in the USA is a bonus. I would highly recommend these. I have high arches, and these make walking and standing on my feet for a long time much more comfortable. Read more
These are my go to. My podiatrist said I should replace them at least yearly, or every six months. Really worth it, takes away the foot pain. I have high arches and now also plantar fascitis and I put these in almost all my shoes. The 3/4 length helps them fit into most footwear, and for sneakers you could get the full size sole. They are hard plastic which you need for better support, but they don't feel hard, and do bend with you as you walk. Read more
I wear these in all my shoes now. I have slightly pronated, ankles resulting in terrible bunions with pain in metatarsal area.. Combined with comfortable Hoka shoes these keep the feet less pronated and reduce the pain in my metatarsal area. In theory, this should help reduce the progression of the deformity of my foot due to bunions. I don’t like getting old with these damn bunions, but when these are in my shoes, I do just fine. I have relatively normal feet and usually do not wear special inserts in my shoes, but I purchased a pair of ballet flats and I wanted a bit more cushion in them. This model of PowerStep was recommended to me for the shoe brand and style. Pros -- I really like the firm arch support. Standing upright, the inserts were comfortably supportive and felt natural on my foot. Cons -- the loft of the insert was unsuitable to the low profile of this shoe. Where standing still felt great, walking bounced my heel out of the shoe at every step. The 'dashing up the staircase' test failed at step one. I think that where the rigidness of the arch support felt great, the same rigidness extending through the whole of the insert was too much -- the insert failed to flex with my foot as it moved, and popped the shoe away from my foot. Returned for failing to meet my needs. A different style of shoe would be better with this insert (a sneaker or loafer, something that sets more firmly against the foot or crosses higher up the instep). I ordered these inserts in both size W6-6.5 and W7-7.5 for use in a size W7 Rothy's flat. The size W6-6.5 fit best, and the size W6-6.5 matches my normal street-size shoes (Rothy's brand runs small). These Pinnacle orthotic insoles are wonderful. My podiatrist had me order these. Always have sore feet & sometimes balance not good when walking. Ordered another pair so don't have to keep switching in shoes. Going to order the third pair. I ordered the 3/4 so that you have room for your toes. Read more
