These came recommended by my podiatrist. They are sturdy and supportive and help relieve my foot pain. There is a bit of a break in period so I would recommend only wearing them for a couple hours at a time the first week and gradually building on it. Read more
Literally, I could not walk without them. They have been durable, relieved my foot pain and provide arch support. I have flat feet and have had plantar fasciitis with heel spurs on both feet since I was 15 years old. Have has surgery on both feet for it. I literally could not function with out these insoles. These single-handedly helped with my recovery post-ankle sprain. I also have heel spurs and feel that I can spend more time on my feet while wearing these insoles. 10/10. I may have also been standing incorrectly and I feel like that’s gently adjusted. I wore them for about an hour the first time to get used to it and then was able to wear them all day.
