So I was in the gym and this random guy who I find out is a gym Dr. told me to get this as he saw me walking my right foot was slightly pointed outward. I ordered them ASAP! And immediately when I put them on my knee pain, hip pain was all gone. I could run again without feeling pain. I could walk without my knees giving out.
