Great for heel pain
I have fat pad syndrome and I really don't know what I would do without these. They keep my arch up and the weight off of my heel. They are FAR better than my custom orthotics. Read more
Good way to maximize foot support
my podiatrist recommended these because of an inflamed tendon, and they have been very helpful. I ended up buying a second pair so now I have them in the two main shoes I wear for distance. They fit easily into my shoe and increase my walking comfort. Read more

Like 'em but prefer the Powerstep ProTech Control PRO (full length)
I ordered these by mistake. I wanted the Powerstep ProTech Control PRO (full length), as I had gotten my first pair of those from my podiatrist and they made a world of difference for me. The Powerstep ProTech (full length) were not as supportive as the Control PRO version, but I still use them. I recommend the Powerstep ProTech Control PRO (full length) over the Powerstep ProTech (full length), but that is just my opinion. I have a bunion, arthritis across the top of my foot and 2 spurs on the bottom and the Control PRO helps ease the pain the best. I also had problems with tendonitis in my Achilles tendon which, Physical Therapy and the Control PRO helped eliminate. The Powerstep ProTech Control PRO (full length) has firmer arch support too. You need to make sure you order the correct size...which I knew because of my previous purchase at the podiatrists. The majority of my athletic shoes are women's size 6. Came apart
These were recommended by our podiatrist. My daughter wore them for 1.5 hours for XC practice…and as it was the first day there wasn’t much running. And the blue cushion in the heal came off. Very frustrating. For $70 that shouldn’t happen. Read more
