Great chair, well made and came nicely packaged... Pretty heavy too. I mean I was able to move it but it was a heavy package so have someone available to help you if lifting things isn't your strong suit. Pretty easy to assemble my boyfriend did it without much consulting with the manual (which is not too helpful anyway). All the bolts went in nicely and the metal is sturdy, not cheap at all. The fabric seems to be faux leather which is nice and the stitching was done well, no worries about it coming undone. It also has a zipper to remove the cover if need be but I think you have to remove some parts to do that. So keep the Allen key that comes with it handy. The two pillows are nicely stuffed and comfy. I haven't tried the vibrating option yet but the wires are all there. The hot pink is vibrant and exactly what I wanted... For the price I think this is a decently well made chair, it's stylish and comfy and feels durable. -First of all package is very good all the pieces are arranged to fit the box perfect and they are well protected to handle transportation with foam and plastic bags. -Assembly is pretty easy too, I didn't time it but I said it took me about 30min. To put it togueter, instructions are pretty clear and easy to follow and they gave you the only tool you need to do the job. -The chair itself is pretty comfortable, it has a nice high just like the description I'm 5.5 and my feet touch the ground good enough. The wheels move as they should no problems there. The back and seat had a very good cushion felling. The lower back support feels good and when you connect to the massage setting it feels relaxing too, is just vibrations don't expect like bars going into your back, but is still nice to relax. -Overall is a great chair for the price looks and feels really nice. So my husband has a gaming chair like this one, but mine is WAY better. I love the fact that it comes with a massager. It was fairly easy to put together and I was able to do so alone. The seat cushion is thick and comfortable. You can adjust it to numerous positions. I am a bigger woman (300+) and I've been using it for months and the seat has not sagged and the chair feels just as sturdy. I highly recommend it. Read more

Massage part of the chair needs work, it vibrates like a PlayStation controller doesn’t really do much, chair is stiff and gets itchy if you sit for too long so I’d recommend putting down a piece of fabric.
