I really like my new vibration plate! I've had one before, but it was way too bulky and didn't seem to really show any results. I purchased this one because of the compact size, making it easy to put aside when not in use. This one is so much better quality than my last one! Even though it's considered mini, it's a perfect size when exercising. It really doesn't even seem mini at all. I feel so much better results the next day after using it. My arms and legs were so sore the next few days after just using it once. I love that it came with arm bands, so I didn't have to go out and buy some. The arm bands work great with the vibration plate, making the workout even more intense. Overall, this is such a great buy, especially for the great price! I highly recommend this vibration plate! I was having pain in both my calves and after using the vibration machine 3 days for about 20-30 minutes each time, the pain diminished considerably! The size is perfect for me and I find the ease of using the remote is so convenient. The price was a key point for me and it definitely was worth what I paid! It’s a sturdy and strong machine and I feel very well supported. I’m 5’9” and 185 pounds with size 10 feet. I’m impressed with true quality of the machine. Definitely recommend to anyone needing one! I purchased the POWET Vibration Plate Exercise Machine a couple of months ago, and unfortunately it has already stopped working properly. The machine turns on, but within a few seconds it automatically shuts off. It then repeats the same cycle over and over, making it basically unusable. I expected this product to last much longer than just a few months. For something that is supposed to be exercise equipment, durability should be much better than this. I also contacted Customer service hoping for a replacement or some kind of support. Instead, I was told to just purchase another one, which was very disappointing. I feel the issue should be taken seriously and the product should at least be replaced since it clearly malfunctioned so quickly. Overall, the experience has been frustrating. The machine did not last long, and the support offered was not helpful. I would not recommend this product based on my experience. Read more
It's so nice to have a new fun way to exercise. There isn't anything to install so you can get started right away. There are a lot of features and options so I'll never get bored. I appreciate the compact size so it doesn't take up too much room. I can feel myself getting tone and I'm looking forward to losing more weight while increasing my bone density.
