I have been using these for support for a knee with a torn meniscus and bone on bone. I'm trying to prolong the need for knee replacement, and they are definitely helping with support and less pain and inflammation. I appreciate that it is all in one piece for easier use. One lasts approximately a week for me. One downside is the cotton-based tape takes a while to dry after a shower, so getting dressed right after doesn't really work. I've just learned to shower at night to avoid that problem. When the description says waterproof, I think they mean water won't affect how it works. It does take some practice to apply, and it tends to stick together if you aren't careful when putting it on. All in all, I would recommend and have purchased twice. These work really good and give a lot of support. You can keep it on for a couple days. And it will hold up. Just know that the adhesive is very sticky so once you fully push it onto your body, do not try to pull it back off. That will hurt and it does live residue when you try to take it off. this item is soo good! I have fat knees and I'm a very moist italian, so most of these tapes do not stick. as soon as I put on my pants, the tape starts rolling down and it is enraging.. so these? omg they are wonderful. they stick so good for days. IF i had to say one thing wrong? its that the tape leaves that dark grey residue on your leg that only comes off with acetone.. and since I wear polish - it really messes it up. BUT its worth it to get this tape to stay on and support my crap knees. buy it. you won't be sorry. Read more

Returned these! Don’t buy them. When removing from skin, adhesive is so strong it hurts to remove and the glue stays behind and is very difficult to remove. I’ve scrubbed until my skin feels raw and only half came off my knees. It’s terrible! Read more

I love these things. Still don’t understand how they work but they do!!! I tore my meniscus and have been doing rehab, strength training, and wearing support. My knee kept locking in weird positions while doing judo and Jiu Jitsu. Once I started wearing these pre cut strips with knee support, my knee hasn’t locked and it feels just as strong as it was before my injury. Again, I don’t understand how putting tape across your knee supports tissue and ligaments inside but these precut tape strips work fabulous. I ordered enough for the year. The only part that sucks is removing them (but it’s worth it). To help, I just shaved my legs to prevent the hair pulling. Read more

I have been torturing myself for 9 months on a bum knee. Tried PT...it helped...gym workouts were doable but too painful after just 30 minutes. Dr. says osteoarthritis-ice, elevate, no high impact workouts. What fun is that??? This is my first pain-free workout in years. These knee tapes are an absolute miracle. I'll try to touch back in a bit to make sure this wasn't a fluke. But I really don't think it is. Don't waste your money on those knee braces that roll, and bunch up!
