Great product with lots of different strength training and stretching opportunities available. Had someone as heavy as 250lbs using it with no signs of issues. My only complaint would be the mounting bolts were pretty weak and the first one sheared off even with a pilot hole. If mounting into block they would probably be ok, otherwise I recommend just getting 6, 1/4" lag bolts and call it a day. Read more

This Swedish ladder is so well-designed that it reflects the many thoughtful iterations that must have gone into its development. The studs in my house are 24" on center rather than 16", but by adjusting the position of the brackets (see images), this adapts to a 24" on-center installation. This unit is sturdy enough to easily handle my 172 pounds. I predrilled pilot holes and used ¼" X 3" lag screws and washers instead of the included wall hardware. (I would use 3½" or 4" lag screws next time, but my drill bit for the pilot holes was short.) I took my time with assembly, looking at the images, spreading the parts out on the floor. Just wanted everyone to know that I purchased the Swedish ladder and installed it in the living room while my wife was away. Needless to say she was not really happy with me when she came home. Glad to say, though she is warming up to it, she is actually talking to me now. The reason I installed it in the living room is because if you can’t see it, you won’t use it. Had a little issue had a little issue with the hardware.. Contacted the company by email. They contacted me back within the hour which I was impressed with. They took care of the situation as swift and timely matter. I would highly recommend buying from this seller, was impressed with their timelines and professionalism.
